ISOLATOR is a script that allows you to focus on selected layers with just one click. This is useful when you want to show only the selected layer temporarily. Just like Cinema 4D plugin Magic Solo.
If there are layers that were originally soloed/shy/locked/hidden, their status will be temporarily recorded in the layer comments and will return to that when you press the ISOLATE button a second time. The comment will be recorded after the second line, and the original comment will not be overwritten and deleted.
Installation:
- Unzip the file you’ve downloaded.
- Copy/Paste the file “ISOLATOR.jsx” and "ISOLATOR_icons" to your ScriptUI Panels folder
- Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects (version)\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels
- Mac OS: Applications/Adobe After Effects (version)/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels
